Luisa Echevarria was born in Cuba and lived through the revolution. She moved to the United States as a small child and grew up to be a thought leader and all around amazing woman. But Luisa experienced something at a young age that most of us would never come to understand for ourselves which is having a near death experience. She was only 3 years old when this happened and as she explains it, it changed how she walked through life. She forever saw things differently. Luisa is a client of mine and when she comes in she usually share stories with me and I hang on every word! I love listening to her speak which is why I was so happy to have her as a guest. Luisa just recently retired after 30 years in media. She worked for the largest Spanish language media company in the US, Univision, as the Community Empowerment Director. She now sits on the board for both the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America and Equal Hope.
